We invite you to an all-day inclusive. We will take care of you as best we can. And the best part of the day will be with Albir and Natalia. Together we'll create a community day in a small group of like-minded people.

Join us and explore the profound practice of energy dance-a journey that connects body, mind, and spirit. We'll begin with breathwork to center ourselves, fostering a deeper connection to our physical and energetic presence. As we progress, we'll dive into dynamic exercises that focus on energy flow, weight transfer, movement exploration, and techniques for activation and release. These practices are designed to elevate your awareness and refine your conscious movement. We'll also explore the art of communication and active listening, essential tools for connecting with both yourself and others. Throughout, we'll touch on key themes such as body language, interpretation, the four elements (fire, earth, water, air), musicality, and the power of SlowMo. - shared catered dinner

- Comfortable clothes and some extra layers to keep you warm.
- Sneakers or dance shoes.

- SATURDAY 11.10.2025 from 12:00 - 23:00 (all in one place)
- Workshops from 12:00 - 17:00 (lesson times may still be adjusted, there will be short breaks between lessons)
- From 17:00 space for food, relaxation and conversation.
- From 18:00 - 23:00 Social with DJ LowBeat.
Contribution:
- Fee includes all lessons, catering, social.
- Single: 90€
- Couple (leader and follower): 150€ (price valid until 25.4.2025, then 170€)
- Contribution to be paid within 7 days of registration.

- Note to recipient: WRITE your name and surname, bootcamp (or the name of the person who will attend) in the note
